The breeder of this puppy/dog is located in Trevorton, Pennsylvania. In consideration of the purchase of this puppy/dog, I/We the buyer(s) agree to assume full responsibility of the well being and conduct of this puppy/dog upon the date of this agreement/contract. It is further agreed that the breeder is held unaccountable of any damages or costs resulting from liability known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, as a result of this dog's conduct after the date present on this agreement.
This agreement is made and signed by both parties as a safe guard of the protection and well being of this animal. If any part of this agreement is breached the breeder is released of any further obligations here under and the pup/dog and all documents on said pup/dog must be returned to the breeder immediately.
The breeder warrants that the described Siberian husky is veterinarian certified to be a well adjusted, healthy, happy puppy/dog of sound temperament. This puppy has been hand raised in home under breeders close supervision and has had a thorough exam by our veterinarian.

GENERAL HEALTH GUARANTEE
The general health of this puppy is guaranteed for 5(five) years from sales date. The 5(five) year general health warranty only covers life threatening illnesses or genetic defects that directly effects the quality of the life of said puppy/dog and is linked by a certified veterinarian to our kennel and reviewed by our kennel veterinarian to be a legit claim. If in this time a health issue arises and is from a direct source within our kennel/breeding program, and is stated in a letterhead document from your veterinarian and reviewed and backed by our kennel veterinarian, we the breeder will refund a replacement puppy of the same sex and of the same quality purchased (i.e. pet, breeding, show, ect.) from a next available litter and a different breeding pair. We do not offer cash/money refunds.
The breeder has provided the proper age appropriate dewormings and vaccinations of this puppy/dog. The breeder has puppy individual and group socialized to insure that this puppy/dog has the best possible temperament. This puppies temperament is guaranteed for it's lifetime under normal conditions and circumstances.
If the puppy does have an issue arise that requires replacement, the buyer has the option to keep said dog/puppy and will be entitled to a replacement puppy at whatever future time they choose and is available. All veterinarian expenses related to the treatment of any health/genetic problems will be the responsibility of the buyer only.
Diagnosis of an illness that is covered in this warranty means one that either limits the quality of said dog/puppies life or causes life expectancy of said dog to be less then 5 years. Anything less is not covered.
** The term "guarantee" is not meant to imply that this dog will NEVER develop any illnesses. There is no line of dogs completely free of hereditary/genetic defects and NO breeder should state otherwise. Most defects are NOT severe to where it drastically interferes with the dog's quality of life. It takes not only ethical, consciences breeding but proper nutrition, veterinary care and owner maintenance to ensure the dog has a healthy, long, fulfilling life. Reasonable efforts have been taken by Husky Hollow to make sure such disorders are avoided. Our guarantee is designed to account for most serious defects and illnesses. **
Sellers guarantee does NOT include external or internal parasites, coccidia or giardia. Please be aware that stress from moving to a new home, change in food, water type, heat, teething and certain things a dog may find to eat/chew on (i.e. trash, dirty rain water, grass, etc.) can trigger certain maladies. As for external and internal parasites we begin the puppy on preventatives for both starting at 2 weeks, but you must keep this up with these regular preventatives throughout the dog's life, along with regular veterinary visits.
** Puppies are sold on AKC FULL registration at the discretion of the breeder. Full registration simply means the puppy/dog will be able to be shown, worked professionally and bred. Otherwise the puppy/dog will be sold with AKC LIMITED registration and is recommended they be spayed/neutered at the age appropriate time. Those sold under limited registration contracts(pet quality only), AKC documents will be marked 'limited' meaning the dog/pup is AKC registered but should not be bred, worked or shown. If bred no litters out of the said dog/puppy will ever be allowed to be registered. **
Seller assumes no responsibility as to the reproduction capabilities of this male/female if solf as AKC FULL registration. We do however guarantee that the male will have two testicles descended into the scrotum at maturity or replacement of the same sex/color will be given when one becomes available. (Replacement is the only option).
The breeder cannot guarantee pups potential in conformation shows as with age certain faults may arise and as there is no way at this early of a stage to know a pups potential. We do however guarantee the dog to the best of our knowledge has the right temperament, genetics and lines to be suitable for all working, show areas, therapy dog, etc.

A deposit of $_______ is required to reserve/hold a puppy. Deposits must be in the form of cash, a money order or bank certified check made out to Nicole Giesen. All wire transfers and credit cards must go through either Western Union, Walmart moneygram or Paypal. if paypal is used the buyer must add the appropriate extra percentage required by paypal. Once deposit is received and is valid, the breeder will contact the purchaser with notification that it was received and valid. This is usually in form of an email receipt of payment and balance.

These deposits essentially are 'surety of action deposits' and are taken by the breeder in good faith in order to guarantee the purchaser their certain puppy/dog. The 'surety of action deposit' guarantees the pup not to be sold to any other party other then the purchaser. The deposit shall be applied and deducted from the total purchase amount of the said puppy/dog.
Deposits are only refunded under two terms and conditions: 1) If a deposit was made on a puppy before the litter was born and a suitable puppy is not found at birth, then the deposit will be refunded, or transfered to a future litter. 2) If a deposit was made on a puppy after the litter was born and serious illness, injury or death occurs to the said puppy, then the deposit will be refunded or transfered to a future litter.
If at anytime the purchaser puts a deposit on a puppy after birth and is being held for them, and for any reason backs out of the purchase of the puppy, the deposit shall be kept by seller for all of the fees necessary to resell and support the said puppy, or transfered onto a future litter. *NO EXCEPTIONS!!*
If the puppy is picked up, balance in full is required on date of pick up via payment methods above. The puppy can be picked up between the ages of 6-8 weeks old.

If pup is to be shipped, by law siberian husky puppies can not be air shipped until they are 8 weeks of age. The balance and shipping costs are due by no later than age 7 weeks to ensure all necessary preparations are made.

The shipping cost is $275. shipping covers the airline ticket, veterinary health certificate, veterinary check up and appropriate size travel crate. If the puppy is shipped after 8 weeks of age, shipping costs may increase due to the growth of the puppy.

Buyer will ensure that said puppy will recieve regular veterinary care, proper shelter, excersise, nutrition and will not be kept outdoors at all times. The puppy should have access to the inside as well as the outside, should be well groomed/cleaned and have adequate food and water at all times.
If the puppy needs to be kept beyond age 8 weeks a $10 a week boarding fee will be incurred by the purchaser. If the puppy is kept after age 9 weeks the appropriate and nessesary vaccinations will be given by the kennel veterinarian and purchaser must pay for all these additional expences. If puppy is not picked up by age 12 weeks, the pup will be placed back up for sell and any additional funds(not including the minimum deposit, all boarding fees and all additional/nessesary veterinarian expences) will be refunded.
Purchaser agrees to NEVER place said puppy in a shelter or rescue group for any reason!! In the event the buyer cannot keep said puppy they must let the breeder know first! The purchaser will try to find the said puppy a proper home and the breeder will assist them in finding a proper home also. The breeder also has the option to take the puppy back before it is placed. In the event they cannot find a proper home and need immediate placement of pup the breeder agrees to take the puppy back and no money will be returned to the buyer and all documents on said puppy/dog will be released back to the breeder. The buyer will incure all shipping costs to return the puppy, if any.
It is very important when the puppy is unattended to always make sure it has a secured and safe crate/kennel/etc. otherwise it may be destructive especially during the puppies teething stage. Not doing so means you except full responsibility that the dog may chew and destroy flooring, walls, draperies, furniture, clothing, etc. or may harm itself in the process.

Please make sure this puppy is securely contained at all times inside and outside and that everyone in the household is aware of the puppy/dog. By purchasing this dog you are taken on full responsibility of this puppies safety, security and well being. It is up to you at all times to make sure this puppy is safe from harms way as if you would for a newborn child. This dog/puppy does not know any better so it is up to the you the owner(who the dog loves and trusts) to use good judgment at all times in the care and maintenance of this puppy/dog.
The seller reserves the exclusive right to cancel this agreement before the puppy is picked up if a problem arrises with the purchaser. Doing so will result in a retraction of the sale of said puppy/dog to the purchaser and any amount of money put down on said puppy/dog will be refunded, unless the puppy/dog is kept after 8 weeks of age, then all of the additional boarding and veterinary fees will be held. This agreement is to safe guard the puppy well as the breeder and the kennel's reputation.
By affixing his/her signature(s) below, the purchaser(s) understand and agree with all terms and conditions of this agreement. This pup is being sold in the County of Northumberland, in the state of Pennsylvania. All, if any litigation from this sale will be resolved in this state location under Pennsylvania law at the expense of the purchaser.
